When is Seafood Not Seafood?

When it's a Lobster Tail.

Sadly, I'm now addicted to these things. Even sadder is the fact they are found only six blocks away. Six easy blocks away. This means I can quickly walk there, buy one and walk home.

Pastry filled with rich filling, topped with a daub of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

Oh, yes. Life is good.

My turn to weep.

You may as well indulge now--you need to keep your weight up, Miss Skinny Minnie!

For a minute there I was picturing dipping rich chunks of lobster in whipped cream...blah! Now, I see the photo and am thinking, yeah, it's a S.I. Bakery! I'm staying home until I get as skinny as you!

and just inject them... i may be normal weight, but, there is no room in my veins for blood.

Also, the things in your picture look like sfogliatelle. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sfogliatella
I wonder if it's another name for the same thing, because then we'd have another passion in common.

When I was growing up, as opposed to out, they advertised things like that on the TV, with the strapline:

"Cream. Naughty, but nice!"

Think I need to get some before that bloodwork comes back!

mr.h~best way to eat is to do it with my method: check blood flow by placing your fingers against your veins. if you can feel said, flow. eat. if nothing is happening, well, it won't matter anymore, will it?

anon~busy on two posts, i see. how was your holiday?
